Designed for folk who work or study from home or anyone who wants to join our cute lil yoga club!

A gentle yoga class that will have you feeling refreshed and grounded.
We will work with yin and restorative yoga styles, weaving pranayama (breathwork) and meditation with meditative movement and yummy stretches.

Nourish your body, relax your nervous system and calm your mind.

All classes are suited to all levels. Beginners please arrive early to chat to your teacher before class begins and/or see our Yoga 101 online class.

Come with your video on to receive feedback from your teacher or leave it off if you'd prefer.

Unlike a pre-recorded online yoga class, our live online yoga classes will bring you more accountability as there are real people you are connecting with in real time! Your teacher is available for a chat and questions before and after class. If you'd just like to show up, practice, then head off, that's fine too! Most yoga studios offer a livestream option for their classes, however, the teacher is usually just paying attention to the students in the room with them! In our online classes, your teacher is online with you and can offer feedback and tips if you'd like.

Whether you're a yoga newbie or you've been flowing for years, our yoga classes are all about meeting you where you're at.

No judgment, no pressure. Just you, your mat, and the peaceful space to connect with yourself.
