Beginners are welcome!
If a class is labelled beginner-friendly then it is definitely catered for beginners.
Intermediate classes means that you’ll be more comfortable with the class if you have previous dance experience.
Some of our dance courses are for ‘All Levels’, meaning they can be adapted to all levels of dance experience. They are taught in a beginner-friendly way with moves are broken down simply. Complete beginners to dance may find parts of the choreography challenging but will be supported with the opportunity to ask questions and ask for an alternative movement if needed.
Beginner dancers can prep for the course by doing our online Dance 101 course here! -
Our dance classes are ‘Commercial Pop’ style of dance. The choreography is inspired by the specific song and music video. We post dance videos that inspired the class on instagram so you can get a feel for the style of dance before signing up.

Make sure you have consulted your GP or appropriate specialist about your circumstances and if it is safe for you to dance.
We recommend coming to class a few minutes early to check-in with the teacher.
